This encryption keeps your personal information, including your credit card, secure from theft. Our site is also actively monitored 24x7 to make sure that we are always open, safe and ready for shopping. All credit card payments are made securely through the most popular and secure online market leaders, Paypal and Paymate.



Payment Options


We accept a very large number of payment methods including: most credit cards, bank deposits, money order, cheques, cash on pickup and Western Unition just to name a few. Visit our page "Payment Options" for payment options and payment instructions.


Online Order


We use a secure server for your privacy and security. Online payment using the above mentioned credit cards can be made in the following way:


1. When you are ready to check out, you will be taken to a secure page for credit card payments (Paypal).


2. You will be asked to fill out information:


> Your name (as it reads on your credit card)


> Your billing address (to verify authorisation)


> Your phone number (during business hours in the event we need to contact you about your order)


> Your email (where you can receive order confirmations and tracking information)


> our credit card type, number, and expiration date



Changes to Order


A fee of $5.00 will automatically be charged for any changes or modifications you request to your order after the order is placed. This includes item, color, payment, shipping, or coupon redemption changes. Requests for changes to orders will be accepted up to 1 hour after order (we package and post items in most occasions less then 1 hour from order. So it's very important to check your order).



Mail Order


We do not accept mail orders for credit card payments. We do accept cheques or money orders. You simply need to select item(s) from this website and complete checkout. You then will be provided with a number of payment options such as cheque or money order. Please note accepted forms of payment are detailed with instructions under our webpage called "Payment Options". We also recommend you consider using our free complementary colour analysis (hair sample) to match your hair to the product chosen. Read more under "Colour Selection Help".
 

Exchange, Product Upgrade or Return Product Eligibility


For any exchange, product credit upgrade or refund:


Products must be:


> In original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging


> Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange)


> Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your original order.


Products must not be:


> Costume wigs, last call or clearance items, discontinued items, care products, accessories, liquids, special order items and wholesale orders.


If your product is ineligible for exchange or return, we will email you the option of:


> Returning the item(s) to you at your cost


> Donating the item(s) to Newcastle Australia district Rotary club (receipt of donation available upon request). You will receive a coupon for 20% off a future purchase with us for your donation to charity.


Ineligible item(s) will be automatically donated 30 days after receipt.



FREE Unlimited Exchanges


Our goal is your satisfaction! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, exchange it for FREE! Product must be eligible for exchange.


We will exchange an item as per the product description page titled "Exchange Policy". Some items may not be able to be exchanged due to hygiene or short product life. As a general we will exchange hair extension, wigs, bangs, hair pieces within 30 days of receipt of  original shipment.


Contact Us with your exchange request before reshipping. You must contact us for shipping instructions as the return shipping will be the same location from were item was shipped from one of a many distribution points around the world (shipping location as specified on product description).


Key points about exchanges


> No Restocking Fees! We will waive all fees associated with your eligible exchange. You just need to pay for Shipping.


> The same credit card and shipping method submitted with your original order will apply for your exchange order.


> Any balance remaining after your exchange will be refunded to the credit card submitted or we will complete a direct bank deposit.

You must Contact Us for exchange instructions on the specific item you purchased. 



Expedite the Exchange Process (Cross-ship)


Need your exchange product now? Contract Us then place a new order online or call +61 414 698 441 (within Australia 0414 698 441). We will ship your new product without delay if you agree to have the new purchase charged to your credit card or you make a bank deposit. When we receive and process the eligible returned product, we'll issue a refund without restocking fees.

FREE Product Upgrades (Product Credits)


We accept for a client to upgrade to a more expensive product if request by contacting us within 10 days of receipt of original shipment. We will credit you the cost of the item less shipping costs.

Refunds


We gladly accept returns on all eligible products (see above). We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, therefore, in order to return these products to the manufacturer, a 25% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. Once the restocking fee is applied, any balance remaining will be refunded to the credit card or direct bank deposit submitted with your original order.

Expedite Local Newcastle Australia Pickup


We offer local Newcastle - Australia customers the opportunity to pick up, colour match and select products locally from Nott Street Merewether NSW - Newcastle. We are primarily structured as an online supermarket warehouse business and ahave a small showroom at Newcastle available to our wholesales and public by appointment. We offer local customers the opportunity to make an appointment between 10.00am and 6.00pm Monday - Friday to pick up, match hair colours or inspect / purchase products. Backorders


If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update by email with the estimated arrival date. If backordered item(s) are not received in a reasonable length of time, please Contact Us. Back order time frames will be indicated on the product description page e.g. "In stock, No in Stock will arrive on x date"



Shipping Information


For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.


Please note: We cannot ship via a traceable method to any post office boxes. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked. Clients paying by Paypal or Paymate may lose their "Buyer Protection" under their buyer protection programs.



Cancellation Fees


For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after 24 hours of placing order; there will be a 20% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges to/from us to client are non refundable including any shipping cost for an exchange, refund, product upgrade credit.



Order Processing


Orders are processed between 0 - 12 hours of order placement. Subject to stock availability which will be indicated on the product description page, orders are shipped within 0 - 24 hours of processing. See "Shipping and Express Post" page for more information.


Credit card payments are charged upon order placement. See "Payment Options" for methods of credit card payments.

 

Shipping and Customs Delays


We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, courier or customs delays in Australia were most of our merchandise is warehoused for pre-shipment to the delivery address (worldwide).



Discounts


Discounts and coupons are limited to one per order.



Fraud and Theft


Hair Extensions Worldwide Pty Ltd has a zero tolerance to fraud and theft. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted.



Policy Changes


Hair Extensions Worldwide Pty Ltd reserves the right at its discretion to make changes to these policies. Customers are required to check this page for periodic changes.
