Hair Extensions Worldwide Pty Ltd is an Australian incorporated company located in Newcastle - Australia with the vision of selling the most extensive range of hair extensions products globally. Our aim is to provide an online hair extension supermarket experience to our worldwide customers.


We understand our customers require: fast delivery, multiple colour selection help options, fast product exchange options, fast payment options, delivery/payment security and expert hair extension customer support. We provide products to various types of customers from young fashionable teenage women/men to worldwide hi-fashion salons and TV/film production companies.

No. We are alot different to most online or offline hair extenion sellers. Our focus is being an online supermarket for various brand / manufacturers from around the world, providing various: styles, quality levels, locations of stock or product ranges to customers. Our aim is to provide products for a broad range of customers, from young teenage women to large hair extension related companies. We have just started our journey to achieve our goal.

Pickup - Were are you located in Newcastle? Can I pickup my item from Newcastle?


We offer local Newcastle,  Australia customers the opportunity to pick up, colour match and select products locally from a partner Salon in Nott Street, Merewether NSW Australia. We are primarility structured as an online supermarket warehouse business and do not provide a separate shop front available to the public. We do however offer local clients the opportunity to make an appointment between 10.00am and 6.00pm Monday - Fridayy to pick up, match hair colours or inspect/purchase products. Please contact our customer support line 0414 698 441 to make an appointment.



Pickup - Can I select the item I require during pickup?


Yes.



Pickup - Can I pay cash or credit card on pickup?


We currently only offer cash, money order, bank cheque or Paypal (must be with credit card attaced or Paypal funds) on pickup. Please refer to our "Payment Options" page for instructions on payment.  If you need to pay by credit card using Paymate, you need to pay one day prior to pickup. You can also pay by Internet banking or over-the-counter at any Commonwealth Bank brach one day prior to pickup.

Product Selection - How do find out about the quality level of the hair?


You will find on each product sales listing details about the hair quality. We describe the grade of hair and many other finer details no other hair extension seller provides. This is ideal for customers who have a hair related businesses and require a specific quality type for their clients price range.

To ensure you have the safest shopping experience when purchasing your regular items from us, we ensure that all credit card transactions are made from our credit card providers websites which provide the highest level of online security. Paypal and Paymate buyer protection programs provide comfort to our buyers that their item will delivered and the item purcahse was as described on our product listing at no additional credit card fee cost (free insurance).

Express Post is an overnight parcel service (business days), offering guaranteed next business day delivery and online tracking. The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post offices boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links. To check if you are located in the next day delivery zone go to the Australia Post Express Post Network website and check your postcode.



Shipping - Do you offer registered mail & shipping insurance?


Yes. When you select "Registered mail" on checkout, you immediately have up to $100 of insurance included in the cost.


Registered post gives you:


> proof the item was sent and delivered;


> compensation for loss or damage of item; and


> evidence when makeing a claim using Paypal or Paymate buyer protection programs.


Additional insurance can be obtained. Simply "Contact Us" and we'll provide a quote for the additional insurance.

We offer local Newcastle,  Australia customers the opportunity to pick up, colour match and select products locally from Nott St Merewether NSWy. We ship to every country worldwide.
 

Speed - How can I get my item delivered to me tomorrow? It's very urgent!


We understand some of our customers require next business day delivery and provide 3 key points below to make sure your item arrives on time.  Your order and payment must be made before 2.00pm (Sydney - Australia GMT +10) for next business day delivery.

Key Point 1 - Check Product Description - In Stock & Shipping Location

You will notice on each product description, if the item is "in stock" and the location (country) of were item is being shipped from. If its from the country were the item needs to be shipped to (including international customers), then you will have the option of next day delivery on checkout. You may find the same product listed for sale, but be aware the item may be located in a different country for express shipment reasons. Ensure you check the product description first!

Key Point 2 - Use an Instant Payment Method

You need to ensure you use an instant payment method such as Paypal using your credit card attached to your Paypal account or using existing funds within your Paypal account. If you have a Commonwealth Bank account, you can do an Internet Banking transfer which will register instantly within our own Commonwealth Bank company account. Aternatively you can contact us and visit any Commonwealth Bank Branch for a direct over-the-countrer bank deposit. Instructions on how to complete payment are detailed on our "Payment Options" page. Other payment options require 1 day fund clearance.

Tax - Do I need to pay Australian Goods and Services Tax ("GST") if I'm an international customer?


No. You will not be charged Australian Goods and Services Tax "GST" when completing checkout on your order. This is why many international customers buy from us.


 

Tax - Why do I get charged Australian Goods and Services Tax ("GST") if I'm an Australian (non-International) customer?


Customers having items shipped within Australia are required to pay GST by law. International customers are not required to pay local Australian GST. Prices do not include GST.
